These 7 Hole Weight Plates are made from high-quality integrated rubber combined with 7 hole full commercial steel plates.
Fitting on 2″ Olympic size bars, these plates protect the sleeves of a bar and absorbs impact better than cast-iron plates.
Non-Porous, Odorless Virgin Rubber Diameter 2″ (51MM). Ideal for at-home workouts due to their low bounce and lower noise produced compared to iron-weight plates.
Centre Hole come with the upturned metal Ring for moving the plate smoothly on the bar sleeve.
